SlowPlaceLikeHome is the work of Donegal native Keith Mannion. Currently based in the forests of the North-West, he has been recording and releasing material under the SPLH moniker since 2010. With several EPs released to critical acclaim, he has recently had videos featured on RTE’s ‘The Works’ and the ECU European Film Festival.
Having recruited a live band, he played the festival circuit in 2013, which included appearances at Body & Soul, The Electric Picnic and an invite to play at Donal Dineen’s ‘Best of…’ event at the Sugar Club, Dublin and Other Voices Derry (2014).
2014 sees the release of the long awaited ‘Romola’ debut album and Mannion to embark on live dates throughout the year, in support of it. Watch this space…
